Counseling Services provides all current undergraduate, graduate, and post-bacc students and members of the College community with support groups, workshops, and programs – free of charge.

Chaotic Families Group
Mondays, 5-6:15 p.m. in The Well, 2nd floor, Counseling Services
The Chaotic Families therapy group offers students support for managing difficult family relationships and dynamics.

A confidential and affirming therapy group for students who identify with any kind of neurodivergence. Come process your experiences, gain insight into challenges and learn adaptive skills and strategies that work with your brain.

Making Meaning: Spirituality and Mental Health Group

Come explore how spirituality and mental health impact each other. Join a 4-week discussion group, co-facilitated by Rabbi Nora Woods, Interfaith Chaplain, and Tisa Baena, Counseling Services therapist.
